این موضوع وبینار رایگانی است که چهارشنبه 19 جولای توسط انجمن مهندسی سازه لندن برگزار می شود.

از جمله کاربردهای زبان برنامه نویسی پایتون برای مهندسین سازه:

  • درک و پردازش بهتر نتایج تحلیل اجزای محدود
  • ایجاد قالب های محاسباتی که با آن ها از اکسل راحتتر و سریعتر است.
  • ایجاد نمودارهای کاربردی

همچنین در این وبینار به کاربرد ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی مانند چت جی پی تی در روند یادگیری زبان های برنامه نویسی اشاره میشود.

The IStructE London Young Members Group are pleased to announce an online technical talk on how Python can help with everyday structural engineering. The talk will be given by Timo Harboe Zollner, a founder of Timo Harboe ApS, who will speak about how structural engineers can benefit from using Python to perform complex tasks and automate repetitive processes.

Be a better structural engineer. Get the most out of your computer. This technical talk will show how Python, a straightforward programming language, can be used for everyday structural engineering. It will demonstrate how to use Python to:

  • Better understand and process FEA results,
  • Create calculation templates that are much easier to read and QA than Excel templates,
  • Create useful and informative plots.

The presentation will also cover how AI tools like ChatGPT can assist in learning process of programming languages such as Python.

Speaker’s bio:

Timo Harboe Zollner is the founder of Timo Harboe ApS. He strongly believes that a lot of engineering potential goes untapped due to inefficient project processes. Instead of using their skills to design and investigate options, engineers often get stuck doing manual tasks related to managing complex data sets. This is a problem that Timo has made it his mission to solve, believing that by addressing it, engineers can be empowered to be more effective and successful in their work.

Driven by a passion to combine engineering, design, and code expertise, Timo aims to create innovative solutions. He believes that computational thinking can make engineering more enjoyable and enable designers to create better projects more efficiently.

Timo’s background is in structural engineering and applied computational design. He has experience working on numerous landmark projects around the world. He previously worked at Bjarke Ingels Group and Rambøll, where he played a key role in implementing and defining a computational design strategy as Computational Design Lead.
