Seismic Analysis using ELS Software Event details

In this webinar Applied Science International (ASI) will be showing the advantages of using Extreme Loading for Structures (ELS) software for seismic analysis for new and existing buildings. For new buildings, ELS software is capable of doing pushover analysis or time history analysis much faster and much more accurate than FEM analysis. For existing buildings, ELS has the ability to model the existing condition of the structure by physically modeling the existing cracks and corrosion of reinforcement bars in the structural members which gives the user the ability to evaluate the true condition of the existing building and apply the needed retrofitting for repair.
